IncrementumME is a business advisory firm based in the United Arab Emirates. We find where a business loses money and work backwards to the fix.

02Where is IncrementumME registered?

The legal entity is IncrementumME FZ-LLC. It is a free zone limited liability company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ). It was incorporated on 10 September 2024.

04How is IncrementumME different from a technology vendor?

We start with how the business runs and where it loses money. We have no software licence to sell. That leaves us free to say when AI is the wrong answer.

We choose the technology last, once the requirement is clear.

05How does an engagement work?

Every engagement follows six steps: Understand, Define, Measure, Prioritise, Build and Deliver.

First we learn how the business runs and write the challenge down as a problem statement. Next we agree the KPIs and rank each challenge by expected return. We build only what earns its place, then stay after launch to track the results.

06What is a problem statement?

A problem statement is a single written page describing the challenge and who it affects. Your team signs it off before any design work starts.

Everything after that step hangs on that page.

07How does IncrementumME measure success?

We agree the KPIs before anything is built and put a figure on what the challenge costs today. Then we set the return that would make fixing it worthwhile.

After launch we keep tracking the same KPIs. We report against them in figures your finance team can check.

08What is the growth flywheel?

Value builds like a flywheel, with each part of the business feeding the next. Better value wins customers, and their revenue pays for the next improvement.

When growth stalls, one link is usually dragging on the whole wheel. We find that link and repair it with the right mix of business change and technology. Then we track the wheel as it picks up speed.

09Does IncrementumME always recommend AI?

No. Some challenges need AI, but more of them need a better process or a cleaner report.

We rank each challenge by expected return. A few won't make the cut, and we'll tell you which.

10Which technologies does IncrementumME use?

We combine six technologies to fit each challenge: big data, data engineering, machine learning, operations research, generative AI and automation.

Most projects use two or three of them together. Every model we build comes with the KPI it is meant to move.

11Which business areas does IncrementumME focus on?

We focus on seven areas where we usually find the return: better decisions, client intelligence, cost optimisation, growth, productivity, risk, and supply chain and logistics.

Each area ends in a number your finance team can check.

12How does IncrementumME work with our team?

Your people are in the room from the first meeting. They help define the challenge and agree the KPIs.

Later they test what we build, and when we step back they own it.

13How long does an engagement last?

As long as you need us. We stay after launch to help teams adopt the new way of working and to fix what breaks.

14What happens if the business case does not add up?

You don't proceed. When the expected return cannot justify the spend, we give you a clear recommendation to stop.
